Why Give Blood?
Here in Utah someone needs blood every 8 minutes. Approx. 38% of the population is eligible to donate blood but less than 10% do, yet many people will need blood or a blood product at some time in their lives. The American Red Cross supplies blood to more than 40 hospitals in the area!
