About our check-in process

Your check-in time is to drop off your vehicle and meet your service advisor so we can establish your needs and let you know what the repair process will entail. This check-in time does not necessarily indicate when your car will begin repairs or when it will enter the shop. Our service advisors are extremely experienced and will do everything possible to set realistic expectations that meet your needs. Because there are a lot of variables that come in to play when diagnosing and repairing a vehicle, your particular repair time may vary. 

Available check-in times are blue, if a particular time is not available it will be gray.
